Reports in the King's Bench, 1725-1727.

Contains reports in the King's Bench, Pas. 11 to Trin. 13 Geo. II (1725-1727). There are a few interesting historical memoranda (see ELM, I, 27). A note in the hand of William Mildmay states that the reports as far as Pas. 1727 were taken by Henry Hatsell, and the rest by James Burroughs; and that he had added 'some few notes' himself. Hatsell (d. 1772) was of the Middle Temple, and James Burroughs (d. 1782) of the Inner Temple (both were called to the bar in 1725). Burrough's printed reports do not begin until 1756.
